Bukhara – One of the oldest cities of Central Asia emerged in the middle of the VI century BC, which name it had in ancient times is still unknown, because the whole Oasis was called Bukhara. Only in the X century the name was finally referred to the city.
During our tour you will walk along ancient streets of Bukhara, where 140 historical monuments of architecture are concentrated. The whole city center is under UNESCO protection. You will see famous mosques and madrasahs, Samonid mausoleum – the oldest monument of Islamic architecture, Lyabi-Hauz complex, impregnable Ark fortress and 47 meter minaret of Kalyan. You will feel yourself a great military leader, discovering these amazing structures.
